It looks like things are going to get interesting in Genoa City for the week of Monday, April 28 to Friday, May 2.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will step in it this week as he’ll continue trying to babysit Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
‘The Young and the Restless’ Weekly Spoilers Monday, April 28-Friday, May 2: Lauren Warns Michael Victor will Destroy Him; Phyllis Spins Out When Billy Fires Her
He’s appointed himself as Victor’s guardrails due to a misplaced father issue, and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) won’t be happy.
She’ll point out if Victor finds out Michael will be toast, but Michael needs to protect him.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will continue to spin out as she tries to regroup after being abducted.
Her support system is a fraction of Sharon Newman (Sharon Case)’s, and it’s going to show. She’s tough, but putting everything into working with her son will come back to bite her.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is trying to be supportive, but he’ll be forced to give her an ultimatum for the sake of his company.
This won’t end well.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the week of Monday, April 28 to Friday, May 2: Michael’s in the hot seat
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are used to everyone worshiping Victor, but Michael has taken it to a new level. He’s desperate for Victor’s approval, but also to keep him safe.
Victor will never thank him for what he does when it goes against his orders, but Michael will keep trying to keep him out of trouble.
After he talks with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Michael will have to face his wife.
Lauren has long wanted him to drop Victor as a client given what he demands of Michael.
She’ll make a point to explain that if Victor finds out Michael is betraying him to help him will end badly, Michael will have a choice to make.
Sadly, he’ll choose Victor over everyone and everything else.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the week of Monday, April 28 to Friday, May 2: Billy draws a line
Phyllis has been walking a narrow line since she was held captive with Sharon and nearly died. She refuses help and tries to be strong, but she’s starting to break.
She’s been fixated with working with her son, but Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) is trying to find himself after his loss.
Meanwhile, Billy has been as patient as possible. He’s got a business to start and if Phyllis is elsewhere mentally, things are going to go sideways.
He’s tried to help and urged her to let Daniel find his own thing and focus, but she refuses.
So, he’s going to give her an ultimatum between letting Daniel be and focus on the company or she’s fired.
This will make her spin out even more, and things are going to go from bad to worse.
