‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) make for an intriguing and fun couple to watch.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Cane And Lily Aren’t Reuniting Anytime Soon, And Audra Will Soon Be Dumped
The chances of Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Cane reuniting are slim to none, while Audra is most likely about to be dumped by Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Cane and Audra actually have a lot in common. They are both beautiful people and are power hungry.
They are also considered the town pariahs of Genoa City. Although we would love to see Audra and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) working together, Audra’s mind will likely be more focused on revenge than business.
She might be a liability to Abbott Communications if she’s too focused on payback and her ongoing drama with Kyle, Claire, and Nate. Audra won’t take the hit lying down. She’s been known to fight back and fight dirty.
That said, Cane also has something to prove. Victor Newman (Eric Braden) has challenged Cane to go to war with him, and Cane isn’t backing down.
Additionally, Audra has her sordid past with Victor, as he made a deal with her that if she successfully seduced Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) away from his granddaughter, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), he would fund her cosmetics company, Vibrante.
Kyle was onto Victor and Audra, and she failed her mission. Claire already filled Nate in on what his girlfriend was up to with Victor, and that she also kissed him to make Claire think Kyle was unfaithful.
Audra tried to counter the attack by declaring that it was Kyle who was hitting on her. However, Claire quickly informed Nate that she was lying.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Audra And Cane Both Want to Defeat Victor
After Claire left Society with Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) tailing behind her, Nate confronted Audra. She claimed that Kyle made up the story about Audra’s plot with Victor to destroy Claire and Kyle.
She slipped up and said something incriminating, which he caught onto. Soon, Audra and Nate will split. She may turn to an unlikely source for help: Cane.
Audra and Cane both want to defeat Victor. Both of them are seeking some sort of vengeance. Not to mention their respective situations. Cane’s with Lily and Audra with Nate.
They could team up, as neither Audra nor Cane will rest until Victor is dealt with. Cane’s ambition is to take over Genoa City and acquire every company owned by the wealthy and prominent families in town.
Audra and Cane would be entertaining, scheming partners, and it could turn into something more. Cane was also interested in investing in Vibrante while they were in France.
He may be willing to help Audra if she aligns herself with him. The perfume war isn’t going to happen, but Cane may be open to her ideas.
We can imagine Audra and Cane hooking up. They are similar creatures, and together, they could make a killer team.
Plus, that would drive Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) crazy. We can see Cane and Audra becoming a formidable new power couple, both with an axe to grind.
