‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Broke Up Jack and Diane’s Marriage Out of Spite
Victor has gotten his revenge on Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), but it may cost him his wife, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Nikki made the mistake of trying to point out Victor’s wrongdoings.
Victor, being Victor, wasn’t having it. He tossed Nikki out of the Newman Ranch. His marriage to Nikki is in shambles due to his selfish and reckless behavior.
The Mustache also broke up Jack’s marriage to Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) by kidnapping him and holding him hostage on a yacht.
On that yacht, Victor enlisted Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) to wait for him. She drugged him, and they had sex. Patty was, of course, thrilled, as she’s been obsessed with Jack for decades.
When Diane, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) showed up on the yacht in search of Jack, their eyes saw way more than they bargained for.
Patty and Jack were in bed together, which threw Diane for a loop. Jack told Diane that he thought he was drugged with ecstasy since the euphoria he felt was so overpowering.
Diane pointed out that ecstasy isn’t mind control. However, Jack reminded Diane that she had no idea how drugs act on the mind.
When Diane and Jack returned to the Abbott mansion, Diane packed her bags and headed to the GCAC, where Nikki is also staying.
Victor’s endless need to punish Jack is ridiculous considering that he literally has an Abbott’s heart beating inside his chest.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Has Colleen’s Heart and Was Married to Jack’s Sister, Ashley Abbott
Since Y&R loves to repeat stories, it may help to explain the circumstances behind Traci’s stunning act of selflessness.
In 2009, Patty kidnapped Colleen and held her hostage on a lake. Due to Patty’s actions, Colleen drowned. Patty wouldn’t allow Jack to perform CPR.
Patty shot Victor, who later received Colleen’s heart because that’s the kindness that has always been in Traci’s nature.
Despite the fact that it was Victor and Patty’s fault for Colleen’s tragic outcome, Traci still let Colleen’s heart be donated to the most ruthless and ungrateful man alive: Victor Newman.
Traci never harmed a fly and was the person who decided to give this terrible man the greatest gift he’s ever received: Colleen’s heart.
Victor not only has Colleen’s heart, but he was also once married to Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). They share a daughter, Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway).
Additionally, none of the Newmans has ever really shown gratitude toward the Abbotts for saving Victor’s life. It’s baffling to me that Victor is never called out for his mistreatment of the family that’s responsible for the organ transplant.
Jack is Traci’s sister, and Victor demonstrates no respect toward her or for Colleen’s memory. Traci should have a chat with Victor soon.
One would think that after Victor received this indescribably beautiful gift and a second chance at life would make him want to be a better person, but the truth is, he’s turned Colleen’s big, kind heart black.
