‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re ready to see some plans get rolling.
We’ve got some fun spoilery goodies for Wednesday, July 31 and we can’t wait to get into them.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will set him plan to get Chancellor into motion.
Since he’s concerned about Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) being a threat, he’s using Devon Winters (Bryton James) to remove her.
He’ll urge Devon to convince her to switch teams since he thinks she and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will work well together.
This should be fun, and we’ve got the popcorn ready so let’s dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Wednesday, July 31: Into motion
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers have no doubt Victor’s up to his usual games of manipulating everyone.
He’s already manipulated Nikki to placate her with her dream company, and Devon’s next.
But first he’ll share his concerns with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about Lily being an x factor. He doesn’t want complications, so he’s enacted a plan.
Enter the woefully naive Devon. When questioned, Devon will stand firm in not wanting lily hurt. So, Victor will push him to convince her to jump to Winters before it gets ugly.
This is where we think Victor’s plan will show its duplicitousness as if Lily leaves, then Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be alone. If she doesn’t she’ll warn him and Billy will self-destruct.
At least, we think that’s Victor’s plan. Time will tell
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Wednesday, July 31: Playing his part
Devon won’t think twice about being manipulated as he’ll want to be the hero and protect his sister.
Sure, he’ll be mad about it later, assuming he realizes he’s being used, but he’ll accept it like everyone else.
We think he’ll flat out tell Lily there’s a storm coming, but we think his pleas will fall on deaf ears.
She made her choice, but she’s also aware at how Billy isn’t prepared to face a hostile takeover with everything happening with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan).
So we think she’ll stay for that reason, and may even convince Devon to stand with them. It’s a stretch, but it’ll be a good way for Devon to grow.
He’s been stagnant for a few years and working past his issues with others and working with them would be a great start.
What will Lily decide? Let us know in the comments below. Be sure to check back with ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
