‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) made the public announcement that they would be combining their companies into one mega-company.
They did a live stream where they spoke about why they’re doing it and what they hope to accomplish as well as Ashland explaining his personal medical condition to everyone. While they’re sitting on cloud nine right now, there’s one person who is steaming out of their ears right now.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) was absolutely furious when he heard the news and to make things worse, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) knew about most of what was happening and didn’t tell her beloved Victor about what was going on because of “privacy” or something.
It was kind of hilarious seeing Victor taken back like this and ready to go on the offensive, meanwhile, everyone around him including Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) are telling him to take a step back and wait for the right moment.
It’s not often that Victor gets a fast one pulled on him, but that was pretty funny. However, many are already questioning the arrangement he and Victoria had and how if she tried to do anything like this he would be able to have full say in it. Didn’t that conversation happen or are we misremembering?
