‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braden) knows Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is keeping secrets from him.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Neglects to Mention A Woman Likely Kidnapped Sharon
On the January 17th episode of Y&R, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Nikki agree that Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) must be dealt with once and for all and decide the best way to accomplish this is to kill her.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) tried to convince Claire and Nikki that taking Jordan’s life was not the best move. She didn’t want to risk Claire getting hurt or worse.
Claire and Nikki made the point that Jordan constantly escapes custody and is fixated on the Newman family, making her impossible to stop. Claire also explained that she didn’t think of it as murder as she preferred to think of it as neutralizing Jordan and preventing her from hurting or killing anyone else.
Victor interrupted their conversation, curious about what the three ladies had been discussing. They tell him they were just worried about Ian Ward (Ray Wise). Victor neglects to mention that the person who kidnapped Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) was likely a woman. He may suspect Jordan is free.
It’s evident he heard Claire, Nikki, and Victoria talking about Jordan. Knowing the Mustache, he’ll already have his plan for Jordan.
Victor wouldn’t want Claire to put herself at risk. He may decide to intervene. Spoilers indicate that Victor will grill Nikki over what she’s hiding.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Claire Convinces Jordan She’s Playing The Newmans
Right now, Claire is doing an impressive job convincing Jordan that she’s playing the Newmans and her new life isn’t all she thought it was cracked up to be.
Claire can obviously play Jordan like a fiddle as last time we saw them together, Jordan had tears streaming down her face, and she was admitting to her niece that she’d waited so long to see that Claire finally saw the Newmans for who they were.
The two embraced, and Jordan walked away, believing that Claire was hers to control again.
Spoilers hint that Claire will soon invite Jordan to the Newman tack house. Claire doesn’t want to fail her mission, as she’ll use every dirty trick in the book that Jordan taught her.
Claire may use the power of persuasion to make Jordan believe that she’s in her corner. She could say that since Claire brought Jordan onto the Newman property and disregarded the safety of the Newmans, she’s proving that she’s trustworthy.
She may even devise a fake plan to make the Newmans pay, and she’ll go over the details with her crazy aunt. Jordan will be delighted that her niece has used her skills well.
Victor, who may suspect something is amiss, may have his security team follow Claire. It could lead to him showing up at the tack house. This confrontation would be a dead giveaway to Jordan that Claire is blowing smoke about wanting revenge on the Newmans.
An angry Jordan is a dangerous Jordan, and she may become desperate. If Victor appears at the tack house, he could ruin Claire’s plans to eliminate Jordan.
