‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.

The episode for Thursday, September 25 will be another brick in the character building wall.

After a few days’ break, it’ll mostly be Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) centric episode.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, September 25: Cane Refuses Victor’s Offer While Jack Plans to Team with Victor

Victor will press Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) to join him in attacking Jabot and destroying Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

Cane will decline his offer and let Victor smear his father, which is the right call. Cane could sue him or unleash his AI. Either will work.

As for Victor, Jack will make it easier for him. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) won’t like it, but Jack will decide it’s worth the risk to team with Victor against Cane.

Nothing like the writers forcing a storyline when Jack knows full well Victor wants to destroy him. We expect Victor will be all smiles and pleased as can be when Jack comes to him.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, September 25: Cane stands his ground

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers aren’t surprised Cane refused Victor. Cane doing so was a foregone conclusion in our minds, but one can never tell with Victor’s powers.

We’re more surprised he didn’t unleash his AI first to cripple Victor and Newman Enterprises. But that would make sense and make Victor powerless.

Unless Cane is lying about the AI and is planning on letting everyone tear themselves apart.

If so, he gets the nod for being the smartest and most inventive entrepreneur in Genoa City.

Of course, if there’s a smart one someone has to be the dumb one, and this time it’s not Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, September 25: Jack’s lost his mind

We’ve grown used to the lazy writing on the show and their trying to create something instead of allowing the story to do it naturally, but this is a new one.

Not only has Jack lost a100 IQ points in thinking Victor will see Cane as the greater threat, but to think he has it under control?

He’s channeling his inner Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and the world can only handle one of those.

At least Diane knows Victor will betray him. We think Jack does too, but he feels he’s out of options and it’s the devil he knows.

But the devil he knows wants to destroy him above all and he knows it. All he’s doing is making himself vulnerable to Victor, and he’s better Hope either Billy or Cane save him.

Maybe Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and his siblings will finally overthrow Victor and do what’s right?

This is turning into a hot mess and we’re curious how much the deck will be stacked in Victor’s favor.

Is Cane one step ahead and letting everyone panic and ruin themselves? Let us know in the comments below.
