‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) and Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) marriage is in trouble. It’s safe to say that the honeymoon is definitely over now that both Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) have managed to put a wedge in between them. Here’s what you need to know.
‘Young and the Restless’ star Michael Mealor, who plays Kyle on the hit CBS soap, put it this way to Soaps in Depth in an interview, “Over the past three months or so, Kyle and Summer have been growing closer. Theo has been trying to drive a wedge between Lola and Kyle, and unintentionally, he’s driven Kyle and Summer together a bit, because now that she’s broken up with Theo, they have him in common. Summer has given Kyle a shoulder to cry on about Theo!”
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Kyle And Lola’s Honeymoon Is Over – Divorce Imminent
The actor adds, “Their business chemistry is like it’s always been, where they spitball off of each other, rattle off ideas and get excited by each other. From Kyle’s perspective, he is very much in love with Lola and views Summer as a friend. But the honeymoon between Lola and Kyle is definitely over.

With that said, we have a feeling that thinks are going to get worse for Kyle and Lola before they get better. Who knew they would start off the new year with such problems, right? Rather than thinking about a baby at their family plans, there’s a good chance that Kyle and Lola might end up pulling the plug on their marriage, especially if Theo has anything to do with it. Of course, fans will have to tune in for all of the action.
