‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) has moved out of the Abbott mansion and has taken a room at the Athletic Club. Will that be a place where she can start to put some pieces of her life back together again?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: More Conflict to Come?
While the Athletic Club may be the only place to take a long-term room in Genoa City, it seems like it is brimming with young women right now. One who is particularly problematic is Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). She has already come on to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
After telling Summer he wanted a separation, Kyle tried to drown his sadness in a drink at the Jazz Club. Audra was there and they started talking, laughing, drinking, dancing and flirting.
One thing led to another, and they ended their time together in Audra’s bed. Kyle wanted to stay the night, but Audra told them she had to work early the next morning.
Kyle is sending Audra gifts and it appears he wants this affair to continue. Audra is interested too and has something else up her sleeve for Kyle. She always has her sights set on how she can benefit from a man.
But, if Summer and Audra are staying in the same place, how long will it be before they run into each other? Audra can never keep her mouth shut, so she certainly will brag about having Kyle in her bed. Or will Summer see Kyle going to Audra’s? Either way, it’s an explosion getting ready to happen.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Own Distraction
While Kyle gets his distraction from Audra, Summer may in fact seek some consolation of her own. As she came into the Athletic Club she ran into Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). He was sorry to see her moving out and taking the walk of separation that he knows so much about.
Chance knows what it is like to have a marriage fall apart. He may be a good person for her to vent to and who knows, maybe something will develop between them as they each seek to move on from their relationships.
This could be an interesting development and one that goes further if and when Summer finds out about Audra and Kyle. What do you think? Would Summer and Chance make a good couple?
