‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers share that Nathan Owens and Tamara Braun recently dished to Soap Opera Digest on what comes next for their characters.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sienna And Nathan Are Connected By A Dark Secret Involving Audra
Owens plays Holden Novak, and Braun plays Sienna Bacall. Braun’s character was introduced to viewers on October 14th.
Holden is currently in Los Angeles with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin). They stopped by Sienna’s club for a few vespers.
Sienna and Holden are somehow connected through what went down years ago with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Owens hinted that if the truth were to come out in Genoa City, several doors would close for him.
Owens admits that Holden’s past will come back to haunt him. During the interview, the actor explained that his character will “be caught in a difficult situation.”
Owens also praised Braun for the energy she brings to the set.
“Oh, man, she’s cool as hell. She brings an interesting energy to the set, and she’s got a great, delightful personality.”
Holden and Sienna were somehow involved in a dangerous situation with Audra. If Holden’s secret comes out, it threatens to destroy the new life he’s built for himself in Genoa City.
Holden’s dark past with Audra and his connection to Sienna are being set up this way for a reason. The soap is moving toward a major reveal.
The two actors also share a past on Days of Our Lives. Owens played Cameron Davis, and Braun portrayed both Taylor Walker and Ava Vitali.
The most crucial factor with Holden is that he genuinely cares for Claire. He doesn’t want his past to affect her and put a target on her back.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Braun Praised Y&R For Being Like A Family
Holden definitely has a serious crush on Claire. He’s not going to want to risk telling her about his questionable past unless he has to.
Truthfully, it seems like Claire may have more in common with Holden than she does with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Both Holden and Claire have a history of darkness.
They both have done stuff they aren’t exactly proud of and have a desire to change and become other people. Holden wants to protect Claire from his secrets.
However, the storyline will unfold, and more about Holden will be revealed. Owens can’t wait to see what happens when the truth comes out.
He explains,
“It’s like a mystery for all of us, including myself. I’m like, okay, alright. I did that. So that adds another layer to it.”
Braun praised the people who work with her at Y&R and said,
“When you start a new job, it’s like being brought to my family’s house for the holidays.”
She continued,
“It’s a family, you’ve experienced that before, but all families were different. If it’s a kind of family at the holidays, everyone is lovely and welcoming, but it can take a moment to feel a part of the family, and not just a guest.”
She added,
“But after a few hours and a few drinks, you’re taking your shoes off, putting your feet up, swapping recipes, and making plans for the next gathering. My shoes are off, and feet are up, and the recipes are being swapped.”
