‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to kick off a new week with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
It looks like epiphanies are once again going to be the popular event on Monday, February 24’s episode.
No one cared when Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) went missing, but now that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is missing everyone will be worried.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, February 24: Phyllis and Sharon Are Locked in a Basement; Chance Referees Between Mariah and Summer
Of course, the fact that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Mariah Copeland (Camyrn Grimes) weren’t paying attention to Sharon again may be part of the reason.
Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will be worried and when Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) arrives he’ll have his hands full.
Summer and Mariah will trade barbs and insults about each other’s mother’s pasts. It’ll be a lot of them spinning their wheels.
Meanwhile, Sharon and Phyllis will wake up in a basement. Looks like Ian Ward (Ray Wise) is back and in charge.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Monday, February 24: Chance in the middle
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers aren’t surprised Sharon’s family is surprised she’s missing. After all, these are the same people that didn’t bother helping her when she was mentally slipping.
But now that they do, they’ll start to worry. Summer and Daniel will arrive and so will Chance.
Unfortunately for Chance, he’ll be stuck in the middle as Mariah and Summer trade insults.
They’ll even blame each other’s mother for kidnapping the other. Mariah will accuse Phyllis of kidnapping Sharon. Nick will defend Phyllis, but Summer will respond that Sharon probably did it to set Phyllis up.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Monday, February 24: Ian has them
While the families argue, Phyllis and Sharon will wake in a dusty basement tied up.
It looks like Ian didn’t waste any time in going back to his old plan. We don’t see how he expects to get Mariah back, so he may just be looking to make everyone suffer.
He’s insane, so either one is a legitimate storyline. We think the better one would be where he wants to make their families suffer as it’d build the drama as no one knows what’s happening.
It’ll force Chance to do his job, which would be to discover Ian’s still alive. Though chances are he switched places with another dead body, so he may be legally dead.
There are a few fun ways this could go, and it’ll be interesting to see which the writers choose.
What do you think is Ian’s plan? Let us know in the comments below.
