‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that recently, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) hinted at the direction her story might go in the future. Asking about her failed marriage to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), Diane questioned Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and provided a possible hint on the breakdown of her own relationship.
Diane wanted to know if Ashley would have done anything differently if she could go back and change things. Ashley asked if there was trouble in paradise.
Diane pointed to all the “battle scars” from their past and said it was a marvel they were together now, but she denied that anything was wrong in her marriage to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
It could be a sign that Diane will in fact lose the life she has created with Jack since she finds it impossible to imagine losing it. Furthermore concerning is Diane’s remark that it would shatter her. When her happiness with Jack crumbles, will Diane end up a damaged woman in the end?

Diane feels secure, supported, and loved right now. It would be pointless for Diane to lose her mind and do something ominous or insane when everything is so sunny.
Diane’s position within the Abbott family might be jeopardized if she loses Jack. With everything she has ever desired, Diane is ecstatic, but that only means she has a lot more falling left!
We need to consider the possibility that Diane and Jack’s marriage will fail. The simplest explanation is that Trevor St. John’s character Tucker McCall might escalate his conflict with the Abbotts to a personal level.
In addition to his plans against Jabot, Tucker could decide to extend his reach and destroy Jack’s marriage as well.
It is possible that Tucker will conclude that Jack does not deserve to experience marital joy with Diane if he is unable to achieve it with Ashley.
Diane and Jack’s marriage could be about to explode apart, so keep an eye out for updates on if divorce rumors are developing.
