‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is in a lot of turmoil. He is acting like he is off, following what his heart desires right now, but there is a deep unhappiness. Who can help Kyle out of the hole that he is in?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Marriage on the Rocks
Kyle and Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) marriage has fallen to pieces. Kyle asked for a separation and for Summer to move out when he found out that she had been hiding the information she had on her mother. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) was alive, and Summer didn’t tell Kyle.
Phyllis faked her death and framed Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), Kyle’s mother, for her “murder”. Diane was arrested and imprisoned. Summer met her mother in the park and knew Phyllis was alive, but Phyllis asked her to keep it under wraps for a while. Trying to support her mother, Summer hid it from everyone.
When Kyle finds out, he is extremely angry. Summer was okay with lying to him and causing him pain. His mother was imprisoned for a crime that never happened. Kyle can’t see a way to forgive Summer.
Instead, he starts up a sexual relationship with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to make himself feel better. She also gets him a job at Newman Media after his father, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) gives his job to Summer.

But Kyle’s other relationship are suffering too. Diane and Jack broke the news to Kyle that they would like to get married immediately at the courthouse. They want Kyle to come and be there with them.
He says he has a full afternoon of meetings, and they just can’t spring something like this on him. It is evident that he feels uncomfortable, and not too happy for them.
They beg him to adjust his schedule for them, but he refuses. He wishes them the best and leaves. He is still resentful of Jack for taking his job at Marchetti away and giving it to Summer.
He still obviously isn’t happy personally either. Instead of going to the meetings he says he has, he meets Audra at Society. He asks if they can cancel all of their meetings and have some fun of their own in her room.
Kyle definitely isn’t dealing with his deeper emotions. He wasn’t being honest with his parents about how he feels about their wedding. He needs some help and some good advice. What do you think is going to happen to Kyle? Will he keep spiraling?
