‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that at Jabot, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will do what he does best, undermine Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Diane won’t accept any of Kyle’s apologies for why this is the proper decision, no matter how many he makes.
Diane would feel embarrassed since she had to wait for the client while Kyle was on the phone negotiating, even though Kyle would pretend like Diane should be appreciative.
As a result of Diane’s lack of business knowledge, Kyle will eventually come under fire and pretend that he is more trusted. But Diane is going to leap to her own defense and issue a strong warning.
Diane will persuade Kyle to not complete the deal’s paperwork and issue a direct order from his supervisor. Kyle is going to finalize it nevertheless, and that choice could end up costing him his job!
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) FIRED For Undermining Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)?
You can be sure that another employee would be fired if they behaved in this manner. Due to his familial ties to Diane and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Kyle is the only one who still holds a job. Jack may soon realize that Diane and Kyle won’t be able to work well together at the firm, despite his hopes that they will.
Kyle disobeying Diane’s explicit command might be the tipping point. That will be especially true if Kyle’s bargain blows up in his face. Maybe there is a detail that makes the entire operation go wrong, but it would be wonderful to see that arrogant look disappear from Kyle’s face.
It would be quite the twist if Jabot ends up losing money on this contract because it appears like Kyle is racing it in an attempt to outdo Diane.
Diane will be furious about the finalization, though, and she could even demand that Kyle be dismissed for his flagrant disregard for authority. Jack could support Diane and concur that Kyle must leave because he isn’t able to follow the rules.
