‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has officially tied the knot with his best friend and ex, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
The ceremony was proceeded over by their son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and it felt very modest compared to the rest of the weddings we watch on ‘The Young and the Restless’, though, that’s what made it feel pretty nice.
While Kyle was officiating the wedding, he and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) locked eyes a few times and you could see that there were some feelings swirling around in there.
While they managed to keep it under wraps for the wedding, we suspect that there will be something coming out of the woodwork soon between them, and perhaps they will even be getting back together.

The big question is, now what? Jack and Diane have wed, and it feels as though Diane has proven herself all this time to be genuine and honest. But, as viewers know, Jack is not allowed to be happy for some reason, so many of us have a weird feeling crawling up our spine right now.
Is Diane about to expose herself and claim this was all a scam, or will Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) come roaring into their marriage like a wrecking ball?
While we should be celebrating the milestone, we can’t help but feel like we’re about to get punched in the gut and something terrible is going to happen. The absolute worst possible scenario would be Diane lying this entire time, though, I think viewers have really fallen for her character, and I can’t see the writers throwing that away.
For now, celebrate Jack and Diane, and fully expect this wedding to spark something between Kyle and Summer once again. There’s no denying that they are meant to be together, and it’s going to happen sooner or later. Congratulations to Jack and Diane, and hopefully, this marriage is for the long haul!
