‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoiler show that since Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) returned to Genoa City, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has been attempting to maintain a “safe” distance from her. Since they have a lot of history together, he did not want anything to surface and interfere with her friendship with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
But Jack and Diane still share intimate moments where it nearly feels like a kiss is about to happen but doesn’t. Something between the two of them seemed to be about to occur, and when it does, everything will change. In addition, I think Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will obstruct their interaction and get in the way of their getting to know one another.

I think Ashley will unintentionally walk in on her brother in a soft spot with Diane and shock her family as well as Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) did when they caught their loved ones cheating on them.
Eventually, Jack and Diane will cave into their desires, and whether we like it or not, they will share a kiss and probably even a bed. It goes without saying that this will lead to complications, especially if Ashley finds out. She will do all in her power to step in, and she might even engage Diane in combat in an effort to extricate Diane from her home.
While I go somewhat against the trend with my viewpoint, I say let Jack and Diane pursue their relationship. There has been a lot of discussion and conjecture about whether or not Jack and Diane should be together. Ashley and the others will raise a fuss if it’s not meant to be, but what if this is really Jack’s chance at happiness?
Why not give them a chance to be happy now that we’ve heard Diane’s tale and seen how she found redemption? They might actually be ideal, and once everyone agrees to let Diane return to Genoa City, we can finally move on and begin more fascinating storylines.
