‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) might be losing grip of his family, his marriage and his empire. While there’s no doubt that The Moustache has had one hell of a career manipulating, threatening, scheming and scamming his way to the top, it looks like it might be time for him to step down and finally allow someone else to hold the reigns for once. If there is one thing that we know about Victor Newman, it’s that he’s the kind of person that likes to stay in control. He’s cool, he’s calm, and he’s certainly collected. But lately it seems as though his family is in disarray. And what’s worse, it appears as though there’s no one in his family that he can trust enough to take over Newman Enterprises, should something happen to him.

When it comes to the Newman children, it seems as though there really isn’t a clear cut candidate who can take over for their father. In fact, many viewers believe that if Victor Newman were to step down from his position at Newman Enterprises, the entire empire would be in disarray. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) appears to selfish to want to work with anyone else. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has his own motives. And as many people already know, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) lacks the real maturity it takes to be a CEO, let alone a leader.
So, is there anyone else left to run Newman Enterprises? Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) for years has been trying to prove to her father that she’s got what it takes to be a ruthless business woman. With that said, before Victor Newman does step down it’s going to take a lot of blood, sweat and tears before he will ever be replaced. Do you agree?
