‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has quite the unstable personality. Even though she has promised the good people of Genoa City, and especially her children, that she has turned over a new leaf, there is no indication of that.
Those who know her should know better. If you don’t keep the boundaries clear and firm but give her any wiggle room, she’ll take it and then some.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Juvenile but Effective
Y&R’s Phyllis Summers wants some action with her ex, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damien). Danny made one fatal mistake. When he returned to Genoa City, he was kind and friendly to her, accepting her word that she had given up her scheming and conniving.
This kindness sparked some interest in Phyllis, which was compounded when she noticed that Danny was actually into Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell) and not into her.
Phyllis and Christine’s relationship has always been one of competition, so Phyllis let herself be consumed with the idea of getting Danny back.
Phyllis took advantage of Danny’s kindness to her. She got him to play a song he said was inspired by her. She filmed it and posted it online with the caption of “that feeling when your ex writes a song for you” surrounded by hearts. Then she kissed him passionately in the jazz club, which was witnessed by Cricket.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Too Late?
Y&R’s Danny Romalotti is furious with himself and with Phyllis, but it may be too late. He told her off and told her to leave him alone, but it’s obvious she isn’t really interested in that. He gave her an inch, and she’s going to go after that mile.
Cricket has told Danny that it’s over right now because she saw how he kissed Phyllis back. He obviously wasn’t trying to get away from her embrace, and that bothers Christine, even if this was all Phyllis. She is putting their relationship on hold.
What hope does Danny have now to get Cricket back? Will Phyllis be compelled by anything to keep away from him? Or will he just have to give up and get out of Genoa City? What do you think?
