‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.

The episode for Wednesday, January 29 is going to be a fun one as the drama will be running high.

Ian Ward (Ray Wise) will hold the Newman family at gun point, and demand the rest arrive.

He wants to avenge Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk)’s death and wipe out the Newman scourge.

After an episode long back and forth where he confronts each family member, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will charge him.

Ian will shoot him and Victor will manage to turn the gun on him.

There will be plenty of moving parts here with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

This will be an interesting episode with a drawn out build up, but it looks like it won’t be as slow a burn as we’re used to.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Wednesday, January 29: All for Jordan

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers aren’t surprised at the show speeding this part up.

They do have good pacing when it comes to the climax of a storyline, but it’s the build up that usually takes too long or makes no sense.

In this case, what sped things up was Jordan going rogue and killing herself. Ian won’t want to believe it. He loved her and he’ll want revenge for her.

And being dragged in to see Victor and having his life threatened, Ian will feel this is the only way.

He has to wipe away the Newman scourge, and he wants Victor’s family to watch before he ends his own life.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Wednesday, January 29: Still no Tessa

Once again, Victor will go into this to protect his family from a situation he helped to create. While Ian will shoot him, he’ll manage to turn the gun on Ian while his family watches.

Afterwards, they’ll wait for the police and ambulance to come.

While this will end the action part, there won’t be closure as far as Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) goes.

Ian will be asked about her several times, but he’ll deny knowing anything.

This would normally be a drawn out storyline, but we think Ian’s innocent in this.

We expect that Tessa went for a walk or drive with their daughter to cool off and think. She’ll return to surprise everyone.

This will make everyone wonder if Victor’s plan was worth it, but the family will circle the wagons around him.

He’ll heal and be heralded as the hero while Ian will be sent back to jail after being pushed over the breaking point. Maybe he’ll find a way to continue to torment Victor and his family?

What do you think happened to Tessa? Let us know in the comments below.
