‘The Young and The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers hint that Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) took her final curtain call on Y&R’s Friday, January 24th episode of Y&R.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Jordan Wanted To Make The Newmans Pay
Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) crazy aunt Jordan joined the soap in November 2023. She came onto the canvas to make the Newmans; specifically Victor Newman (Eric Braden), suffer for mistreating her late sister, Eve Howard (Margaret Mason).
She kidnapped Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard’s (J. Eddie Peck) daughter, who turned out to be Claire, whom Jordan had brainwashed into believing that her parents didn’t want her.
Jordan coerced Claire into helping her set up the Newmans for a sinister and evil purpose. Jordan had Claire lure Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to Jordan’s house, and they tortured Nikki and hooked her up to an IV filled with vodka while Jordan handled the poison.
After several attempts to destroy the Newmans, Jordan’s reign of terror is finally over. Claire prepared a cup of deadly tea for her deranged aunt at the Newman tack house.
Jordan had been holding Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) hostage and tried to use that as a bargaining chip with the Newmans.
Unfortunately for Jordan, Sharon broke free. She tried offering Ian Ward (Ray Wise) to the Newmans instead, but they weren’t impressed.
In the end, Jordan had nothing the Newmans wanted. She told Victor she’d rather die than go back to prison, and she proceeded to drink the lethal cup of tea in which Claire had crushed up an entire bottle of sleeping pills.
Jordan was nasty and defiant until her last breath. Now, the Newmans must figure out what to tell the police.

No doubt Victor will protect Claire and leave out the crucial bit of information that Claire made the toxic tea and intended to kill Jordan. So, is Jordan gone for good?
We think someone as cunning as Jordan may not really be dead. After all, it’s a soap, and we all know soaps love their return from the dead storylines. Besides, would they part ways with such an exciting villain?
Before Jordan “passed away,” she described herself as a “cat with nine lives.” Claire could have helped Jordan fake her death. She was very reluctant to let Jordan drink the deadly brew.
Claire may have originally planned to murder Jordan but could have changed her mind. She doesn’t exactly strike us as a natural-born killer like her aunt Jordan.
At the last minute, Claire could have switched the poisonous tea with a medicine to make it look like Jordan and her vicious schemes were dead like a doornail.
Of course, Y&R would have to devise a reason for Claire to save this woman who brought pain to her and her family.
Shelia Carter has been “dying” and returning from the dead regularly for decades. Fans bet on how long it will take whenever she dies until she turns up alive and well. Here’s to hoping we see Colleen Zenk’s talented work on Y&R sometime in the future.
