‘The Young and The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) may have actually successfully set up Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) for her alleged murder.
Phyllis has been faking her death and while we are unsure if she is working with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) or not, it appears that she has gotten exactly what she wanted.
While Phyllis is hiding out in a motel room and sneaking around her own service, the police have shown up and arrested Diane as their only evidence is that the poison that they found was allegedly purchased by Diane. How Phyllis and Stark set that up, I’m not sure.
While it looks like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is still standing by her side, she may have something even better in the back of her pocket that she doesn’t know about yet. Jack made a special call to Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) about defending Diane!
‘The Young and The Restless’ Spoilers: Does Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) BELEIVE Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)?
While at first Michael claimed he couldn’t, now it looks like he is considering it and we wonder if he actually believes Diane and thinks there is more to what’s going on.
Remember, he is best friends with Phyllis, which may make it seem strange, but really, he knows what she is all about. Michael knows that Phyllis can be deceitful and has lied about things in the past.
Does he actually have a feeling that his best friend is still alive, or even that Diane is just plain innocent? I think he has a sixth sense going off right now and it’s telling him that something seems off about this whole situation and well, he is right.
It will be surprising when Phyllis hears that her best friend is defending the woman who allegedly killed her, and we’re here for it.
There’s something hilarious with this situation and I kind of hope that Michael does end up defending her. Things are going to get wild!
What do you think? Does Michael know that there is something else going on and will he end up defending Diane in court thanks to Jack? Let us know in the comments below.
