‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) appears to be claiming the moral high ground in his divorce from Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway). He doesn’t want to shame her, even if she cheated on him with Bryton James (Devon Hamilton).

He did, however, make the official choice to divorce, and Abby appeared surprised, as if she hadn’t expected this to happen. You cheated on the’man you love’ and didn’t think you broke his trust enough for him to leave you? The Newmans are extraordinary.

‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) Shouldn’t Back Off So Easily

Why would he give Abby a pass and let her get away with something like this without anyone noticing? I don’t get it, and for some reason, he got all of the heat from her father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), which also didn’t make sense.

Chance, I say stop being the nice person, take off your gloves, and go to the Newmans. What have they ever done for you besides make your life a living hell? I want to see Chance deranged and enraged. Be irritated. Break something. Don’t let this pass you by like everything else!

If he truly intended to give it to them, he would revive the Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) case, which he had only abandoned due to Victor and Abby’s pleadings. Why are they given a pass? Why do the Newmans get to do anything they want with no consequences while everyone else suffers?

I know they’ve been a mainstay of the show for decades, but let’s be honest: they’re nasty, disgusting individuals who I don’t understand why people enjoy. All they do is injure people, treat them like garbage, and then get away with it like it’s no big deal.

What do you think? Are you a fan of Chance Chancellor? Do you believe he should go to any length to retaliate against the Newmans? Let us know in the comments below.
