‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) is ready to move on. He has gone through a lot of pain and difficulty but is ready to open a new chapter.

Y&Rs’s Chance recently made the big decision to leave the Chancellor Mansion. He asked his ex-wife, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) if she and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) would be willing to move in.
Chance feels that their son, Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (River & Rainn Ware) is struggling with going between Chance and Abby’s homes. It would be better if he could stay put at the Chancellor Mansion.
Chance wants to move out and start over. He wants to get a small apartment for himself and leave the mansion. He asks if Devon and Abby would be willing to move into the mansion with Dominic. He can spend time with Dominic there, rather than moving their son around.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: New Love
A different place to live is apparently not the only thing that is changing in Chance’s world. Chance has become good friends with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). They have been an encouragement and support to one another for a while now.
Chance was particularly involved over the last few weeks as Sharon dealt with the terror of Cameron Kirsten (Lindsey Ashby). He and his team were looking for Cameron, who had kidnapped Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster).
When Chance reached the Newman family in the sewer system, Cameron had already been stabbed by Sharon. But the danger was not over. Faith Newman had explosives attached to her body. Chance had to carefully disarm the bomb to save Faith.
Chance and Sharon have gone through some intense moments together. These kinds of situations bind people together. Sharon has already been a compassionate and encouraging friend to Chance, as she has been to others.
Chance, for his part, has been intent on doing what he can to protect Sharon from the dangers she faces. It is apparent that they are going to get even closer soon.
