‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers document that multiple career shifts are being considered as the countdown to Christmas continues. Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) decision to join his mother impacts Jabot.
The executive hole Billy is leaving open can allow Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to regain his desired position. Helping Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will also make Billy feel more at ease.
Kyle is playing games with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). Most recently, Mealor’s character suggested she join him in sinking her longtime boss.
‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers – Jill Abbott Needs An Ally
All the family machinations at Chancellor-Winters in recent months were exhausting. However, Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) appears to have helped the Winters half of the company settle.
Mamie’s plan to broker family peace by working with Tucker to oust Jill has yet to work. However, she did convince Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to allow their cousin to return to CW.
Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) comeback may fortify part of the company. But Jill wondered if Devon and Lily would eventually accept Mamie’s push to get out. So, Billy’s mother asked him to join her and solidify the Chancellor’s half of the business.
‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers – Tucker McCall Looks Beyond Jabot
It seems like Tucker still believes Jabot can be easily had. He lies to the Abbotts, telling them he wants peace.
Because he is two-faced, Tucker continues to tell Kyle he needs inside information to cripple Jabot. Most recently, Tucker asked Kyle to obtain intel about an upcoming product.
Kyle was smart enough to realize that Tucker would likely set him up for the fall rather than Billy or Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).
Of course, Tucker is playing games himself. He does not trust Kyle and appears to be baiting him.
‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers – Audra Charles Switches Sides?
The relationship Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) has with Tucker is abnormal. Neither person is better off by being connected to the other.
Silver’s character sees Tucker as a means to an end. She uses him without finding true love, which is how he uses her.
Switching sides and helping Kyle to thwart Tucker could secure his trust. St. John’s character knows Audra is fond of Kyle and is likely anticipating her betrayal. Maybe, as Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) recently said, Tucker is just trying to unnerve everyone on Y&R.
