‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Wednesday, August 13: Billy hands Sally the keys
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect this to be a big episode for Billy. It’ll set the stage for his double agent work against Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).
He’ll draw a lot of anger from Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), but he’ll stand tall and hold his ground.
More than that, he’ll be open and honest with Sally when he tells her he can’t work with Cane. The main reason he’ll say is because his mother is on his side, but also he doesn’t want Jack to be hurt.
Sally can reach him, and after sharing her thoughts and fears, she’ll convince him to hand over control of Abbott Communications.
He’ll ay he’s certain he’ll regain Chancellor, but we think he agrees with Sally and it’s best to let her run the company.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Wednesday, August 13: Victor sees the light
We’re marking this day on our calendar as one where Victor actually listens, learns, and admits he was wrong.
These moments are rare, but Victoria will drag it out of him. She’ll hammer him about how it’s Claire’s life and she needs to learn on her own and not be controlled.
It’ll be a good scene as Victor will try to make excuses, but Victoria won’t back down and will wear him down.
In the end, we think he’ll know he’s wrong and eventually apologize to Claire. He’ll still hate the Abbotts.
After all, he’ll never forgive Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for saving Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) when he couldn’t.
