‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that someone from Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) past has come back to collect. Apparently, Ashland has been paying off someone to keep quiet and it costs him $300.000 a year. However, this man has found out about Ashland’s illness and now wants the next ten years in cash before Ashland dies.
Even for a wealthy man like Ashland, coming up with $3 million in one day is difficult, and he was only able to get together $500,000 and tried to work out a deal where he would pay $500,000 a month for the next 5 months to finish paying him off. This wasn’t good enough though and now he has three days to come up with the money.

Meanwhile, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has been hot on the trail and is actually very close to uncovering what’s going on. With a little help from Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), they were able to find out that the man’s name is Jesse Gaines Jr. and he’s from New Jersey. His father actually worked with Ashland and now is a lawyer.
While Billy and Lily aren’t aware of the blackmail yet, they are piecing this together quickly and now they know that there’s something going on as they see Ashland come down to the hotel lobby to meet with Jesse. Things are about to get crazy and we’re here for it. Do you think Billy will find out about the blackmail before Jesse Gaines Jr. takes it to him should Ashland not pay up?
