‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready for this one and it looks like there are some big changes happening at Newman Enterprises.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will cut Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) out of the company and it looks like Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will follow him.

Looks like we’re heading back to past storylines. Let’s dive in!

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 31: Rolls down hill

The moment we only kind of were waiting for is here and it’s about what we expected with a couple of twists.

Victor’s going to ask everyone what they think, then let Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) rip into Adam and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

We expect Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to announce she wants Kirsten back and to run a company with heart. Victor won’t give in, so she’ll look to other ways of getting back what’s hers and leave.

She’ll list her grievances and complaints and then turn the floor over to Victor so he can continue playing king. He’ll announce his redistribution of power and we doubt it’ll go over well.

With Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) in LA on business, she’ll be out of the loop, and when she returns she’ll have Nick as her COO.

Nate may be out since Nikki will become the new CEO of Newman Media, assuming she accepts, and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will be her COO.

It’s going to be interesting to see how Victoria reacts, but also Nate since he was going to do what he could to protect Audra and make sure she had a job and now he could be out.

Know who else is out? Adam. Oh yeah, let’s get into that.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 31: Adam’s out and declares war

For what feels like the millionth time, Adam was booted out of the family company and he’s going to declare war on Victor.

This is nothing new and feels like an easy copout by the writers to go with the normal Adam in the Boogeyman trope that’s been worn to death.

May be an image of 2 people, people standing, indoor and text that says '50 50 SONY PICTURES TELEVISION CBS SONY PICTURES TELEVISION CBS TURES NY EV EVISION CBS'

The one thing that gives us hope is since Victor’s going to feel invincible Adam may finally be able to overthrow him. ‘Young and the Restless’ doubt that’ll happen, but we can hope.

What do you think about Victor’s moves? Let us know below and check back with ‘Young and the Restless’ for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
