‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are looking forward to a break from the current non-murder mystery, and to do that we’re going to dive into some other storylines and lives going on in Genoa City.
Sometimes it’s easy to forget there are other storylines are going, and this is a friendly reminder there’s more happening, so let’s dig into some spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 19: Going for the win
It looks like Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) are going to face off in a battle of the business titans, and we’re sure Tucker will come out on the short end.
We’ve long made peace with Victor never losing or making a mistake that sticks, and with his move to keep Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) at Chancellor-Winters paying off for the moment, he’s got a clear path.
So, we expect him to give Tucker the full court press to sell McCall Unlimited to him or risk losing everything. Victor will be sure to point out his ploy to have Devon buy his company didn’t work and no one else has the funds to buy it.
This could be a breaking point with Tucker as he’s tried to follow through on Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)’s demands, but it looks doubtful unless she has the capital to buy the rest of his company.
Things are going to get interesting for Tucker pretty quickly.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 19: Elena’s had enough
This one has ‘Young and the Restless’ curious as to how much trouble Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) has gotten himself into this time.
While Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) has been suspicious/worried about his time at work for weeks, she hasn’t had anything solid to really make her worry.
So given that, it’s possible Nate will cancel on another date night with her to work, and that could be one too many in short order for her liking.
There is the possibility she found her proof following his near merger with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and that’ll come as a lipstick stain on his shirt collar.
This is assuming that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) wasn’t just using the term as a metaphor and there really was a stain on Nick’s collar. We’d like to think a serial cheater like Nate would make sure he’s spotless, but then they’re always an act of passion with little forethought.
Maybe Elena will have him snipped to keep him sniffing elsewhere?
