‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) may have come out of the surgery a changed man, thanks to a fever dream that featured him sitting across from his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) playing a game a chess.
He was visited by several people in his life, including Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson), Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). Each of them represented a different chess piece in his game, and how he would use them in his life.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) Queen – How He Let Go Of Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case)
Rey was a knight, Chloe was a pawn, and Sharon was his queen. No, not Chelsea! Sharon! Though this is something we all already knew, it was interesting seeing Adam come to terms with the realization that Sharon was his queen all along and he would have to let her go to be able to move on with his life.
Oddly enough, when he came to and walked over to visit Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) in the hospital, he spoke to Sharon and explained that he would have to move on. In fact, he would even help clear the air between her and Rey! What? Yeah, it’s getting pretty interesting. How in the world is he going to move past Sharon and do you think Rey will be able to move forward with Sharon after everything?
