According to CBS Soaps in Depth, now that Adam is back at home at the Newman ranch, there are several people who are rather concerned about what is going to happen next, including his siblings Victoria and Nick. Victoria is worried that her position at Newman Enterprise might soon be jeopardized while Nick can’t help but wonder what this will mean for Christian.

Co-executive and head writer Josh Griffith puts it this way, ‘Victoria has worked long and hard to gain her position of power at Newman Enterprises. With Nick and Abby out of the way, Victoria thought she had eliminated the competition. She knows that Adam is a worthy opponent and she is ready for the fight.”
What’s more, Nick doesn’t think that Adam is being very truthful about his supposed amnesia. He knows just how well Adam plays his Machiavellian ways and is not about to sit around and let him get away with it. That’s why he’s about to pull a power play of his own.

Griffith adds, “However, Adam may have his eye on a bigger prize than Newman Enterprises. Dead or alive, Billy does not trust Adam and he makes it his mission to protect Victoria and the kids from him at all costs. Nick is concerned because he knows that Sharon and Adam share a special bond, which can lead to dangerous consequences.”
