‘The Young and the Restless’(Y&R) Spoilers: Most recently, a newborn was discovered by Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) having been abandoned. From the looks of it, it looks like she discovered this newborn while she was out riding horses. Now, one can deduce something from that discovery that whomever the Mom was near the stables when she gave birth, or at the very least, knew that the stables were a very occupied place and was a safe enough place in which to leave her baby. This leads me to conclude that this was either a teen Mom or maybe someone who works at or has previously worked at the Newman stables. This also leads me to conclude that since no one has been admitted to the hospital and there are no young women running around looking exhausted and worse for wear that the Mom is not on the landscape of Genoa City yet.

There is speculation that this child could belong either to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) or Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), but considering how preoccupied they have been with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), I just don’t see where they would find the time. There was also the whole mess with Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) that recently went down in Vegas which could have left them ample time to have an affair while they were off in Vegas but pregnancy doesn’t work that way, it’s not like a litter of kittens, and the space in which they were in Vegas and the space that the baby was abandoned was just too close together to be a possibility.

‘The Young and the Restless’(Y&R) Spoilers: Could There Be Another Chancellor Heir?
The guy who recently got back to town is Chance Chancellor. Now, according to an interview with Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman) who sat down with CBS soaps in-depth recently to discuss her character’s new relationship with Chance, this is what she said of him. “Chance is different than any guy Abby’s dated before. He has an adventurous life. He’s always out saving the world.” and it would only make sense if that ‘adventurous life’ caught up with him in the form of an unexpected child. Who could he have had the child with? Any number of women! And what is the connection between Adam and the baby? Is he bringing this kid into Genoa City with the sole purpose of screwing with Chance? Sounds like an Adam thing to do, just sayin’. And could this make a damper on Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) claim to riches again?
