The Masked Singer spoilers reveal there’s a whole new group of contestants entering the contest October 18th. Some are not happy we didn’t get to see Group A crown a winner first, but we’re okay with a bit of a change as we’re loving the theme for tonight.
The performers will be honoring Elton John, whose music has been a favorite of ours. Here’s what you need to know.
The Masked Singer spoilers: About last time…
First, The Masked Singer spoilers reveal we mentioned Group A is on a break a minute. But not before losing one of its members. That would be Pickle, as we kind of thought it would be after seeing their performance. The celebrity behind the mask was Michael Rapaport. This season, by the way, has been surprising in one respect.
See, Ken Jeong has been known for really terrible guesses and being told to sit down by host Nick Cannon. This season, however, Jeong has actually had a couple of correct guesses, shocking his fellow panelists.
The Masked Singer spoilers: Who is left
As for the people who were safe last time, we definitely see Gazelle as making it all the way through to the final after her performance of Britney Spears’ “Lucky”.
So far, she’s the most consistent in her performances for us, even though we’ve enjoyed Cow and S’more’s recent performances. We think S’more is going to be Group A runner-up, and most say this performer is O Town’s Ashley Parker Angel.
The Masked Singer spoilers: Tonight
Finally, let’s talk what’s ahead. The Masked Singer spoilers reveal we’ve got four new characters ahead. They are Tiki, Royal Hen, Husky, and Hawk. We believe we can already safely say who is going home this time. They put up Royal Hen’s performance of “Philadelphia Freedom” and well… we weren’t exactly impressed.
If this person was ever a professional singer, we believe their peak is far behind them. Interestingly enough, a non-singer is the most popular guess in the comments. A lot of people believe Royal Hen is tennis player Billie Jean King.
This would possibly fit with the singer being called “iconic” and the preview for the episode hints at an emotional reveal that fits such a description. We’ll see if the fans are right! As for what else to expect tonight, we’ll definitely hear John’s hit “Tiny Dancer” performed by panelist Robin Thicke.
The less said about that, in our opinion, the better. Let’s just say we think he threw way too many runs in one of our favorite John songs.
