Prince Harry apparently doesn’t share the same “incandescent” feelings that his brother Prince William does about The Crown Season 4. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the Daily Mail, British television personality and outspoken royal critic Piers Morgan certainly had a lot to say about the matter. He made it seem like Prince Harry doesn’t share the same view as Prince William, who is apparently incandescent over the series, along with the rest of the royal family. Buckingham Palace is said to be none too pleased over how the series is portraying the royals. Prince William is said to be especially upset over how the show is depicting his parents’ Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s relationship.
‘The Crown’ Season 4 Spoilers: Prince Harry Doesn’t Share Prince William’s Same Feeling Of ‘Incandescent Rage’ Over The Series
Piers says, “Far from being outraged by Netflix making a fortune by rubbishing the royals like this, Harry’s response has been to join his wife Meghan in striking their own massive multi-million-dollar deal with them. By doing so, Harry is literally accepting money made from humiliating his own family, especially his own mother whose experience with the press he constantly holds up to demand greater deference for his wife Meghan.”
He added, “And now, as a storm of controversy grows over this appallingly hypocritical decision, he’s shut his eyes, stuck his hands over his ears, and buried himself into the sands of Santa Barbara in the desperate hope nobody will notice the astoundingly two-faced nature of his behavior….If Harry had any integrity left, he’d tear up his Netflix deal right now and apologize to his family for colluding with the enemy in such a distasteful manner. But he won’t.”
So far Prince Harry has not made any comments about the matter, but it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Meanwhile, reports say Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s production company will be making documentaries, docuseries, feature films, scripted shows and children’s programming. The move comes just eight months after the couple stepped down from their roles as senior royals and moved to Los Angeles. Netflix, which has 193 million subscribers worldwide, has not disclosed the financial terms of the deal.
