‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) big secret is going to burst wide open after he confided in his son Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri) and expected him to see it the same way he did. Unfortunately for Thomas, his son knew right from wrong and has been threatening to expose him.
Since the truth came out to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), she gave Douglas back his phone and now even Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) knows, meaning that the wedding and marriage is over before it even officially starts. However, while everyone is worried about Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor… what about Douglas and his relationship with his father?
‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Will Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri) Want A Relationship With His Father After This?
It will be difficult for Douglas to respect his father again, and after Thomas was just fighting for full custody, it seems that even if he were to miraculously win that case, there’s a fair chance that Douglas wouldn’t even want anything to do with his father.
I think this moment is going to fracture their relationship for a while to come and Thomas is going to have to do a lot to repair it. This is something that I think Douglas will hold onto for a while to come and will hold it against his father for a while.
Steffy, I think, may be the only way to bridge the gap between them, as she was the one that actually realized Thomas was wrong and Douglas was right. If there was a bridge, that is, I think she will be the one that communicated through them. I just don’t see Douglas respecting his father after lying and ruining his grandfather’s relationship to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
