The episode for Tuesday, May 20 looks like it’s going to be an interesting one as surprises are the name of the game.
Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will explain to Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) she wants to be with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

We’re curious if she’ll tell him why, and if she does, we expect Carter to realize his mistake. Just one in a long line of them.
Speaking of mistakes, now that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is redeemed thanks to Liam, her actions will confuse Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
We don’t blame him since Steffy went from hating Hope to forgiving her in a couple of days. He’ll want an explanation, and once more how much Steffy will tell him will be interesting to see.
There’s every chance that Liam’s secret will come out soon, so Hope and Steffy may just skip the middle man and get it started.
Albeit, in a well-meaning way.

‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers are curious to what extent Carter will play victim.
He’s already said Hope played with his emotions and cast him aside when he did that to her. Now, he could continue being angry if she tries to mend fences for Liam’s sake.
Now that he’s swallowed the group think, he’ll think she’s playing a game with him and could toss her out.
But if she tells him about why, he’ll feel like the idiot he’s been for months, and that will be an interesting plot to watch unfold.
He’s Ridge’s best friend, and he’ll follow in his footsteps.

Speaking of Ridge, he’s going to be all sorts of confused at Steffy’s about face with Hope.
Steffy will be mindful of Liam’s wishes, but she’ll feel she can trust her father. So, we expect she’ll tell him, or at least promise to tell him when she can.
Ridge will agree to that, and then start his own digging.
If Steffy comes out and tells him, then he’ll understand but will be caught himself. With everyone moving on, he’ll still be tied to Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig).
If he leaves her for Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) it’ll reignite the feud, so his reaction will be fun to see.
