‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that Rena Sofer was as surprised as anyone when she read that her character, Quinn would start a torrid affair with everyone’s favorite C.O.O.
In fact, she said she felt the same way about the curveball as she did when head writer, Bradley Bell put Quinn and Eric Forrester (John McCook) together.
“That was really shocking at the time,” Sofer recalled of Quinn and Eric’s pairing back in 2016. “So, when I first heard about Quinn and Carter I thought ‘That’s just crazy!’”

She went on to say she didn’t think Quarter made any sense seeing as the two characters had known each other for nine years but, save for weddings, had barely been in the same room together.
Now, however, she’s all onboard, saying, “The one thing Lawrence and I really wanted to do was make it special and make it important.”
Oh, it was special, Rena.
As of last week, Eric and Quinn have called it quits. Does this mean fans will get more Quarter? And if so, will it be as steamy as when their romance was forbidden?
“It has been shocking and exciting, all at the same time and Lawrence has been a terrific scene partner,” Sofer continued. “It’s been a lot of fun working with him in this capacity.”
We’re sure it has!
So, it doesn’t seem like Rena will give too much opposition to the two sharing scenes together. A little more Quarter is exactly what the fans want. With Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) gone to Paris (for good?), it seems Quinn and Carter will have plenty of opportunity to discover what it was that had them unable to keep their hands off each other.
