‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers are thankful for a changeup in the cast as we’ll get some fresh angles.
For the longest time, we’ve seen recycled storylines involving the same small group with the occasional side conversation thrown in.
But now, Nick Marone (Jack Wagner) is returning to upset the applecart. Sure, it’s another recycled storyline, but it’ll break up the monotony the show has fallen into.

We expect he’s returning to woo Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and save her from herself, er, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) was teased a few months back, but it looks like he’s going to have his own arc soon.
So, why not bring in another of Brooke’s exes to sweep her off her feet?

‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers are curious how this will play out. Now that Nick has inherited the Massimi empire, he’s on similar footing with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
As a shipping magnate, he’s going to pose an interesting threat to Ridge’s comfort zone.
He can mess with Forrester Creations shipments, charge them exorbitant fees, and so on. If she chooses.
Now, Ridge will be caught with Bill on one side and Nick on the other, and he’ll watch Nick move in on Brooke.
It’ll be a nice change of pace since Ridge can never make up his mind or be faithful.
Especially this time when he hooked up with Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) simply because he was hurt.
Nothing deeper than that, but then it never is deep when it comes to Ridge’s feelings.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Opening Brooke’s eyes
If anyone can open Brooke’s eyes to the toxicity of her relationship with Ridge, it’ll be Nick. He’s an outsider, for lack of a better phrase, and a fresh voice for her.
There’s a good chance that he’ll be able to show her that Ridge isn’t her destiny. Like last year’s fashion, Ridge is outdated and isn’t worth the closet space.
She may not fully buy into this, but it’ll be fun to watch Ridge squirm as he’ll realize he’s an idiot and is getting what he deserves.
This would give Brooke full control of her life and pull her out of her wallowing. All she has to do is accept Nick’s attempts and she can have a new and better life.
But will she take that step? Time will tell.
