‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers suggests that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is just pushing it too far.
He is so insecure about Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Thomas Forrester (Matt Atkinson). Maybe it will be because of him that Hope finally does what she says she won’t and pursues something with Thomas.

Every time Liam and Hope are together, all he can talk about are his concerns about Thomas. He never has another topic of conversation with Hope. She is tired of having to defend herself to him. She constantly tells him that she loves him and that he has nothing to worry about, but he won’t let it go.
B&B’s Hope has been having fantasies about Thomas that she hasn’t admitted to her husband. If he knew about them, he would definitely flip a lid. He would want Thomas away from Forrester Creations immediately.
Hope believes that even though she is having these thoughts, that she is going to stay faithful to Liam and to her marriage. She doesn’t want to follow her mother’s example.
The problem is that Liam can’t let it go. He continues to bring it up. As she was walking out the door to catch the plane for Rome, he demanded that she tell Thomas that he can’t go on the trip.
She would never do that at the last minute, and she is emotionally shaken by his demands. She ends up in tears when they are supposed to have a loving and caring goodbye.

While Hope wants to put her marriage and Liam first, we are beginning to lack empathy for Liam. He is becoming so judgmental, over-bearing and whiny.
Hope feels that every time he brings this up, he is inadvertently telling her that he doesn’t trust her or believe the best about her. He doesn’t believe what she is saying is true, if he continues to harp on this.
Basically, if something happens between Hope and Thomas during the Rome trip, it seems that Liam has quite a bit of blame in the matter. He sure hasn’t tried to get his wife to stop thinking about Thomas because he brings him up constantly.
He hasn’t given his wife the best of himself as he has been yammering away at her. While that won’t excuse infidelity, it sure wouldn’t be surprising.
