‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers suggest that even while Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) have both expressed their love for Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), he might be ready to move on.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: New Situation
B&B’s Ridge was out of town for quite a while after his wedding to Brooke was hijacked by Thomas Forrester (Matt Atkinson). He left to process his thoughts and feelings.
While everyone thought that was what he was doing, he also was involved in a sting operation with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) to take down Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
When Ridge returned, he was surprised to find that the two great loves in his life and life-long rivals to one another had become friends. Brooke and Taylor decided that they were not going to battle over Ridge anymore.
They were going to put themselves and their friendship first. They were swearing off Ridge for good.
While his pride and ego seemed a bit hurt, he also really seemed to enjoy the peacefulness of the situation. The women were getting along and so were his children. He found that there was some aspect to this that was really enjoyable to him.
‘The Bold the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Can’t Last Forever
But the friendship did not last. Each woman feels like the other was not honest. They are back at odds with each other again, with Ridge in the middle. Both women have told him that they still love him and want a future with him.
Brooke is even going to Rome with him and the design team for the fashion event. She is hoping to influence him with her charm during this trip.
Interestingly enough, so far Ridge doesn’t seem to be taking the bait. He hasn’t really responded to either woman as they would like. Does he realize how nice it was without the rivalry?
Does he want to avoid that all together by not getting involved with either woman? It seems like that is what is happening right now. It seems that he is perfectly content not pursuing something with either Brooke or Taylor.
