‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers document that distrusting someone lends itself to suspicion. So, when someone provides you with explosive information, the question becomes how to use it, not if.
John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) told Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) months ago that she could do better than Thomas. While Finn’s feelings were justified, volunteering those comments to Hope did not make Novlan’s character look good.
Finn came across as a petty gossip. Months later, he heard Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) raising his voice to Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). He used that opportunity to tell Thomas where to get off.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Siblings’ Pattern Of Fighting And Forgiving
Those who witness sibling disagreements know all is forgiven later that day or the next time they see each other. Forgotten? No.
Thomas and Steffy fight from time to time. But when they need each other, the Forresters come through. So, Steffy can be expected to default to protect mode if Thomas’ freedom is threatened.
So, Finn’s recent awareness of Xander Avant’s (Adain Bradley) claim about Thomas is problematic. Finn can not keep that information to himself and will tell Steffy. But then what?
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Hope Logan Needs To Know
It is easy to project that Hope will learn what Finn knows. Whether that comes directly from him is intriguing.
Xander could decide to let Hope know as well. Finn could encourage his new patient to tell Hope or be with him when that happens.
In any event, Hope’s awareness of this claim will dramatically affect her view of Thomas. From that point in the plot, he must either come clean or focus on Xander speculating rather than being a witness.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Thomas Forrester’s Good Run Ends?
Atkinson is a superb actor. Kudos to the casting department for hiring him; this edition of Thomas is fantastic.
Viewers can look forward to the next pained part of Thomas’ storyline. He could overcome what currently feels like an inevitable crash. Yes, that is a wink at what he purposely did to poor Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) on Mulholland Drive.
But fans are smart. If Hope learns Thomas ran Emma off the road to keep Beth Spencer’s (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) existence secret, he could face legal charges. So, will the next chapter in Thomas’ tormented life, where he creates most of his problems, include his arrest or more on B&B?
