‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that it’s tennis time again, as the wheels have been set in motion for Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to bounce back and forth between his current wife (on the outs) Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and ex-wife (on the ins) Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) for the foreseeable future. Again.

With the dent of the wedding ring still marking Ridge’s finger as he spends the night with Taylor, one has to wonder if he remembers telling Brooke (very calmly, for a soap) that shit happens (yeah, I may be paraphrasing) and that they’ll get through her latest indiscretion because they love each other.
Oh, and this only 12 hours (and one Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) beating) before telling Taylor and their children that “this is home”?
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Fans Have Whiplash After Tridge Trumps Bridge… For Now
At least fans of the Bradley Bell helmed sudser can’t complain that the obvious and repeated storyline of Ridge choosing Taylor over Brooke (or vice versa) was dragged out this time–unlike Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) con-tin-u-al yapping and trashing of Brooke.
Look, no one is going to complain when they get to see holier than thou, Ms. Piety, Brooke brought down a few hundred pegs (anyone else imagining Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) watching from the sidelines with a bowl of popcorn and a dry martini?). It just would have been more fun to hear it from people who hadn’t done the exact same thing in their past…yes, we’re looking at you Ms. “I need ANOTHER paternity test for my second kid because, whoopsies!” Steffy!
It also would have made a lot more sense if Ridge hadn’t reacted so calmly to the news of Brooke kissing Deacon in a drunken slobber in the first place. It’s almost like two writers had two halves of the script to do each but didn’t consult one another on if they were #TeamBridge or #TeamTridge.
The only snap decision made faster on the show that Ridge moving back in with Taylor was Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) ditching her efforts to destroy Steffy and focusing her evil intentions on Brooke. Who knew that some arts and crafts with a bucket of water would do the trick so easily?
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: And Here Sheila’s Been Wasting All Her Time On Shooting People And Wearing Their Faces!
Of course, the news that Sheila was the one who got Brooke drunk after switching the labels will come to light eventually. When that happens, what will that spell for Tridge?
Oh, it is tennis season, for sure.
