Katie Thurston‘s time on The Bachelorette is set to come to an end very soon, but the producers have already given fans an insight into what is coming for the next season.
‘The Bachelorette’: Producers Give A Preview Of The New Season Featuring Michelle Young
Michelle Young is set to take over as the new lead, and the fans are already aware of who she is following her showing on Matt James’ season. She made it towards the latter end of the show, only to be angered by Matt’s conduct in brushing her off for Rachael Kirkconnel.
She accused Matt of failing to provide her with proper closure, but this time, she has a chance to do things on her own terms. And the anticipation is growing. The executive producer of the show, Mike Fleiss, posted a preview of what we can expect. In a post to his fans on Twitter, he shared a picture of Michelle at a basketball court.
She is wearing black and white sports attire as she gets ready for a game. The post was captioned with the following comments: “On location with our #TheBachelorette.” The reaction from the fans was overwhelmingly positive. One fan wrote: “She’s glowing! I already know she will be serving the greatest looks for us,” while another stated: “The hottest one yet.”
With so much anticipation brewing, she will not want to disappoint the fans. After all, public opinion can change very quickly. We have seen this with both Matt and Katie during their time as leads. Matt was praised throughout the show prior to his decision to hook up with Rachael due to her racist remarks.
In addition, Katie was slammed after some fans criticised her for stringing Greg Grippo along. Nevertheless, Michelle has been receptive to the advice that has been coming from Katie.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Katie stated: “I’ve spoken to her [Michelle] as much as I can because I know it’s any day now they’re gonna take her phone away. I think the biggest advice I’ve given her is to just be open.” The new season promises much, but whether Michelle can deliver is anyone’s guess. Time will tell how it plays out.
