Sarah Hyland made sure that the whole world knew how much she cares for Wells Adams as the latter celebrated his 37th birthday.

Wells, who is best known to fans for being on the Bachelor franchise, has been going strong with Sarah ever since they met in 2017. As the years passed by, they went on to get engaged as they grew closer together. And with Wells’ birthday, Sarah made sure that she pulled out all the stops for her lover.
In a post to her friends on Instagram, Sarah shared a picture of the two on a boat sailing. Next to them, there is some food while they are engaging in some light-hearted conversation. The post was captioned by the following comments: “It’s the love of my life’s birthday!!!! Thank you for always dancing silly, singing loudly, laughing contagiously, and loving endlessly.
“I miss you more than words can say… Can’t wait to finally marry you one day.” The duo, for their part, have been through a lot together. During their relationship, Sarah had been suffering from kidney dysplasia. This condition can cause the kidney’s to stop working, and even in some cases, lead to people developing cancer.
While such a disease may have scared people off, it was completely the opposite for Wells. He grew closer to her, and Sarah praised him for his role in offering constant support. During a previous interview with Self magazine, she said: “He’s seen me at my worst. I think that’s why I feel the most beautiful in his eyes because he still finds me beautiful after seeing all that.
“It was a really intimate start to a relationship to have to go through those hurdles.” What was more remarkable was the normality Sarah was displaying to the public, despite her ongoing battles. She continued to go through with her television projects.
Even having Wells by her side, it still took a brave woman to continue to fight. Those moments showed Wells just how strong Sarah could be. In a previous interview with Us Weekly, he said: “I know Gal Gadot is Wonder Woman on film, but Sarah is the real-life version.”
