‘The Bachelor’ spoilers find that just a week ago, we saw Peter Weber announced that he and Kelley Flanagan were breaking up. The couple had just moved in together and it came as a huge shock when they called it quits. Some fans of the Bachelor feel that Peter is a prime candidate for the new season of Bachelor in Paradise and now that he is single again, what does he have to lose?
‘The Bachelor’ Spoilers: His Story
Peter first appeared on the Bachelorette during Hannah Brown’s season. He was in the final three, but she did not choose him as her final rose. He then went on the Bachelor and he got engaged to Hannah Ann Sluss.
Their engagement only lasted a month and then he went to chase runner-up, Madison Prewett. They weren’t together for long when, during the beginning of the pandemic, he started hanging out with Kelley. They were together for eight months and he told fans that they broke up because they were at “different stages in life.”
‘The Bachelor’ Spoilers: Will Peter Weber Be on Bachelor in Paradise?
Robert Mills, who is an executive at ABC went onto the Bachelor Recap and talked to host Julia Cunningham about Peter. She is the one who suggested Peter go onto Bachelor in Paradise this coming season.
He told her, ” Oh, that’s interesting. Wow, I love that idea! Absolutely, yeah. I like the idea of Peter in Paradise.” Miles also pointed out that it seems like Peter is a hot commodity now that he is single.
He told Julia that there is a full list of Bachelor Nation stars who all deserve to be on Bachelor in Paradise, but because of COVID, he isn’t really sure how filming will work or if they can even do another season this year.
In November 2020, Chris Harrison spoke out about Bachelor in Paradise too. He said, “We are going to have multiple seasons, it’s going to be a murderers’ row of choices of people. There’s going to be people left on the bench that we love just because you can only have so many people on that beach. And right now, the plan is we’re moving forward.” If this is the case, should Peter be considered for the show? His fans seem to think so.
With the very public break up of Peter and Kelley, it seems as if one of them has a chance to be on Bachelor in Paradise, and there are even fans who proposed that they both should be on the show! Wouldn’t that be a train wreck to watch?
