There are always die hard fans of television shows that want to start rumors about the contestants on the show. This has happened on The Bachelor now. One of the contestants, Brittany Galvin, is now defending herself about the escort allegations that viewers have started.
The 23-year-old model was accused on the las episode of being an escort for many men that live in the Chicago area. She is now having to explain herself and is ready to set the record straight.
‘The Bachelor’ Spoilers: The Rumors Start
It only took one rumor to make Galvin feel as if she really needed to defend herself and other sex workers. Anna Redman, who is also a contestant on The Bachelor, told cameras that she thinks that Galvin “entertains men for money.” Redman then told fans that there were many people who sent her private messages about men who have paid Galvin for sex.
Galvin knew that she had to say something, so she took to Instagram to do so. “It’s 2021, you know how prominent sex workers are in this work? Or how many people have OnlyFans? Why are we still judging others? Jealousy and hate really come out when others are doing better in life, but why? Focus on yourself, and if you’re not happy with where you are, then work on yourself. Again, to make it clear, I am not an escort. And for the people who are, don’t let others tear you down. Keep sharing your stories with me because they are all so powerful. I’m here to support you like how you have to me!”
She went onto say, “How would you react when someone tries to exploit you to the world with an accusation that could affect your career, reputation, and future relationships? Yes it was a s****y thing to do, but let’s not destroy someone’s life over it. Bringing others down is exactly what I don’t want. We are bigger and better than that.” Redman did end up apologizing to Galvin, but who knows what will come out of it.
We appreciate Galvin taking the time to talk to fans openly about it, but Redman has yet to issue a statement. Be sure to keep an eye on the new season of The Bachelor.
