‘The Bachelor’: Matt James And Rachael Kirkconnell Spotted At A Star-Studded Awards Ceremony
The pair finally put their troubles behind them, as they were fully embracing each other as a couple, despite the public scrutiny that continues to come their way. A large proportion of the fan base believed that Rachael has not done enough to win back the trust of the public.
After her scandal, she vowed to educate herself on such issues. While she may have made attempts to do that, the swiftness in which she has moved on with Matt has left some fans doubting her intentions. However, Rachael’s prior racist social media posts have now been buried at the back of Matt’s mind. He is happier than ever.
In the picture here, we can see Matt and Rachael standing next to each other as they pose for pictures. Matt, for his part, is wearing a brown chequered suit with some sunglasses on. Meanwhile, Rachael is dressed in a black, long and see-through dress. The duo have a huge grin on their faces.
The ceremony, better known as the ‘Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly,’ is designed to honour the best sports achievement within a given sport. Naturally, given that Matt used to ply his trade as a budding NFL player, he was excited to see who was going to go home with the biggest awards.
The event did not disappoint, as some of the biggest names in sport had attended. Naomi Osaka had a successful night, as she won the best female athlete award, as well as picking up the best female tennis player. If that was not enough, then legendary NFL player Tom Brady was also in attendance.
The latter won the best male athlete award, and it was to honour the fact that he had won his seventh Super Bowl very recently. This is even though he is at the age of 44. The event was a huge success, not only for the athletes but for the couple too.
Matt and Rachael have shown the public that they are intent on living their life according to their own choosing. With that in mind, who are we to question them.
