Tarek El Moussa has opened up on how excited he is to walk down the aisle with none other than Heather Rae Young.

It has been a wonderful period of late for Tarek. After his divorce from his ex-wife Christina Haack, there were concerns that Tarek may have found it hard to move on.
After all, he did raise children with Christina. And yet, that all seems to be in the past, as Tarek and Heather recently announced their engagement in anticipation of the big wedding day.
That is why Tarek cannot hold back his excitement. In an interview with Us Weekly, he said: “I honestly, I can’t wait for the moment to say ‘I do’ because I know the second I say that the calm is going to come over me. I’m going to be married, and I’m going to focus on the rest of my life with my beautiful bride and my kids.” And looking at the way in which Heather has changed Tarek, it is no wonder that he is excited by it all.
He admitted that he has transformed his whole diet and lifestyle ever since they hooked up in 2019. And the results have been there for all to see.
He added: “She changed everything about me, from not only how I dress, but what I eat, how I take care of my health, what I do. I mean, she’s completely transformed me. She’s helped my physical health. She’s helped my mental health.” But it is not just Tarek who has some good news. Just recently, Christina was spotted wearing what looked to be an engagement ring which sparked rumours that she had gotten engaged to her boyfriend Joshua Hall.
While there has been no official announcement as of yet, it is clear that they do behave more like an engaged couple anyway. And just as Christina feels that way, so does Tarek.
He continued: “The moment I saw Heather, I just knew she was The One.” It is wonderful to see Tarek in a good place, and the wedding day cannot come soon enough.
