He might be gone, but he will never be forgotten. Television talk show host recently aired a never before scene of the late the Young and the Restless star, Kristoff St. John. The actor was found dead inside his home on Super Bowl Sunday earlier this month. He was best known for his role as Neil Winters on The Young and the Restless.

According to reports, Steve aired a portion of an interview that he had with Kristoff before his death. It was part of his Straight Talk Panel and is believed to be the actor’s final television appearance.

Earlier this week, Kristoff’s co-star Melody Scott Thomas spoke about the actor during her panel discussion on the CBS daytime television show The Talk. She said that one of the reasons why she’s had to suppress her feelings about Kristoff’s death is because she is still filming scenes for The Young and the Restless. Even though she wants to remain professional, Melody says that she thinks about Kristoff often, as he was a very special, kind person who was well loved and respected by the cast and crew of The Young and the Restless.

“I couldn’t, we still had shows to shoot, and I had to remain stoic. I said backstage, when I come out and anybody asks me, I’m going to remain stoic,” a tearful Scott said, according to People Magazine. “I adored him. We all adored him. There was something very unique and magical about him. He would just draw you into his wonderful world. And all of his bear hugs, I can’t believe I’ll never get a bear hug.”
