Chris Rock admitted that he is still coming to terms with what happened at the Oscars after having been slapped by Will Smith.

The comedian was humiliated in front of a global audience after the actor had decided to slap him, as a result of his joke about his wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s hair loss. But ever since that moment, Chris has been widely praised for keeping his calm in a situation that could have easily gotten out of hand.
While that may be the case, he could not help but comment about it during his show at the Royal Albert Hall, UK. But his comments were in jest, even if the incident was still playing on his mind. In his comments on stage, he said: “I’m OK, if anybody was wondering. I got most of my hearing back.”
Chris’ comments clearly show that he has a lot to say on the matter, and as part of that process, he has begun to use Will in his comedy material. But outside of that, he has shown that he is open about having a frank discussion, if the price was right.
Reports indicate that the comedian could get a huge pay day with both Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres vowing to get an exclusive. If you thought that was lucrative, Chris’ following comments on stage suggested something even bigger.
He added: “People expect me to talk about the bulls—, I’m not going to talk about it right now, I’ll get to it eventually – on Netflix.” The fans on social media, though, felt enough was enough. This was on the basis that Chris had exploited the incident for so long, and now it was time to move on.
One person wrote: “Come on man you’re from Brooklyn don’t go out like that.”
