Seth Green, best known for being a star of Family Guy, has spoken out against Bill Murray.
Seth Green Slams Bill Murray By Claiming He ‘Dangled’ Him Over A Trash Can As A 9-Year-Old
The actor has been subjected to intense scrutiny after several stars have been vocal about his alleged inappropriate treatment towards them. One such example was Geena Davis, who alleged that during her first encounter, Bill had attempted to use a massage device on her, despite her clearly stating that she wanted no part in it.
Much in the same way, Seth has now claimed that he was at the wrong end of some bad treatment when he was a child on the set of Saturday Night Live. It is claimed that in 1981, when Murray was a guest host as Seth was 9 at the time, he had dangled Seth over a trash bin before dropping him.
In his comments, Seth said: “[He] dangled me over a trashcan, and he was like, ‘The trash goes in the trash can. I was screaming…He dropped me in the trash can, the trash can falls over. I was horrified. I ran away, hid under the table in my dressing room, and like just cried and cried.”
This begs the question: why did Murray act in this manner? Well, it is claimed that he and Seth had a falling out over a seat. Seth was allegedly sitting on a part of Murray’s chair, something which did not sit well with him.
But as there was plenty of room left, Seth could not understand why Murray behaved in this manner. However, after being advised by his mother, Seth gave up the seat not before being very vocal about it.
His following comments confirmed as much: “My mom goes, ‘You know, since he’s the Bill Murray you should maybe give him his seat. And I go ‘This is — I’ve never been more indignant, to be told the arm of this chair is — are you this much of a jerk? You’re this rude.'”
